Before you can invite members, claim chunks, or establish your official country, you must first create an in-game party (which functions as your Team/Nation). Watch the brief tutorial below to see how to configure your team:
You must also set up your team roles on the Discord server, follow the instructions in the Discord "Important" category.
2. Land Claiming & Shortcuts
Territories are controlled through your inventory menu and the in-game map. Watch the tutorial below to learn how to claim chunks:
Basic Claiming:(Left-click a chunk on the map to claim it. Right-click a chunk to unclaim it)
Essential Keybinds & Shortcuts:
M:(Press M to open the world map)
C:(Toggles the Chunk Claiming overlay when the map is open)
Additional Claiming Commands:
/ftbchunks claim:(Claims the chunk you are currently standing in)
/ftbchunks unclaim:(Unclaims the chunk you are currently standing in)
/ftbchunks unclaim_all:(Unclaims all of your team's territory)
Industrial Chunkloading: (Free chunkloading via command is disabled. To keep your factories or crops chunkloaded while you are offline, you must construct a physical Power Loader and power it with active Create rotational speed.)
3. Managing Team Ranks
First, assign a custom keybind in your controls menu to "Open Teams GUI":
Pressing your assigned key opens your Team Control Panel. Here, you can manage members, rank roles, invite allies, and customize your team colors. The three ranks that exist are:
Owner (Diamond Icon):(Has complete, unrestricted access to the team settings, roster, and claims)
Member (Gray Checkmark):(Can only interact with/manage claimed chunks)
You can manage these ranks by right-clicking a player's name inside the Team GUI. For more details on the system, visit the Official FTB Teams Documentation.
